Glazed Pottery Painting & Art Studio is not responsible or liable for breakage, damage, or mistakes for all Glazed To Go orders once the order (pottery, canvas, or craft) leaves our studio.
We offer standard or expedited shipping to the continental US on all Glazed To Go orders. We ship via USPS and shipping costs are calculated by weight and distance of travel. All items are packed in recycled shipping materials.
Pottery pieces that need to be kiln fired must be returned to Glazed at the expense and convenience of the customer. You can choose to ship your items back to the studio or you may drop them off.
Fired pieces can be picked up in person or can be shipped to the customer. Please see our Pottery Pick Up Policy for additional information.
Fired Pottery Drop Off and Pick Up
Pottery pieces that are painted with ceramic glazes must be returned to the studio for firing at your convenience. Please return items with identifying information (such as name or initials) on the piece in paint. Pieces must be accompanied by the tickets provided with your order. Our contact-free drop of shelf is located in our main lobby and can be accessed during business hours (see our homepage for updated hours).
There is a 10-14 day turnaround time on all kiln fired pieces. Customers will be contacted via email or phone when their piece(s) are ready for pick-up.
Fired pieces can be picked up at the studio or can be shipped to the customer at their cost. Contact-free pick up is located in our main lobby and can be accessed during business hours (see our homepage for updated hours).
Unfinished Pottery Policy
Painters who do not finish their piece in studio have the option to either:
A. Take their item as a to-go kit (with paints) to complete at home. Projects can be dropped off at a later date for firing.
B. Take your item home to return at a later date and complete in studio. (Glazed will not hold your unfinished project in the studio.)
Unfinished pieces that return to the studio to be completed are subject to a $5 studio fee (per piece) for each day that you return to paint. If you bring a friend along, and they purchase an item to paint, your studio fee is waived. (Please note that it is a one-to-one ratio for waived studio fees.)
Once your piece(s) leaves our studio, we are not responsible or liable for any breakage or damage.
